Position:
 Upseller (Web & App Design | UAE Market)

Company:
 Design X (hiring for Zafrelo Design)

Location:
 Bahadurabad (On-site)

Timings:
 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Compensation:
 PKR 150,000 base + 
3–5% commission

Monthly Sales Target:
 
AED 18,000

Experience:
 3+ years (Web Design / Digital Sales preferred)

Type:
 Full-time, On-site

About the Role

You'll close qualified opportunities and upsell web & app design solutions to clients in the 
UAE market
. Success in this role means clear communication, sharp negotiation, and strong relationship-building that translate into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the UAE web/app design market.
  • Upsell services to existing clients to increase average deal size and LTV.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with design & marketing to align proposals with client needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years
     in web design/digital sales (
    UAE market experience preferred
    ).
  • Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with upselling strategies and digital solution stacks.
