Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upseller located in Karāchi. The Upseller will be responsible for identifying and maximizing upselling opportunities, educating customers about additional features or products that can enhance their existing purchases, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective upselling strategies. The Upseller will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Upselling, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Data Analysis and Sales Strategy Development skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
