Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Islamabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management. Daily tasks include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will also address employee queries and support the development of a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong background in Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
