About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in embedding organizational values, driving employee growth, and creating a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture Building
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting collaboration, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
  • Develop and implement recognition and appreciation programs to boost motivation.
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Assist in designing and executing training and development programs for employees.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant workshops, seminars, and learning sessions.
  • Support leadership in creating employee development roadmaps.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Plan and organize engagement activities that reinforce cultural values.
  • Support onboarding & orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • HR Strategy & Support
  • Collaborate with management to develop policies and initiatives that enhance culture and career development.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards on culture, engagement, and training progress.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion practices are embedded in HR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in culture, engagement, or L&D roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Creative, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in planning and executing development programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems/tools is desirable.
