Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers through Video calls by using Sign Language

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Prior Experience in Call Center will be an advantage

Must Have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in Sign Language

  • Proficient Written and Spoken English

  • Minimum Intermediate
