IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you'll be responsible for
supporting the analysis and documentation of business requirements
for consumer wireline services, ensuring that all solutions are accurately defined and delivered in alignment with business objectives. The position involves
collaborating with cross-functional teams
to gather, analyze, and validate requirements, assisting in the preparation of documentation, and contributing to the
timely execution of projects
that enhance service quality and customer experience.

Execution of configuration changes in CRM and Billing


•
Change Requests Implementation in in-house applications


•
Impact analysis of newly assigned CRs and raise with respective development team


•
Completion of FS Reviews from the stakeholders


•
Coordinate the UAT of development CRs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification


•
BS/ MS in IT or related discipline


•
Minimum of 1-3 years experience


•
Knowledge of change management process


•
Knowledge of CRM and billing systems
