Your Role: Make a Difference for Global Customers

This is more than a support position; it's a launchpad. As an integral part of our team, you will have the autonomy to manage customer interactions and the direct responsibility for your success. You will develop core competencies in international client support, complex problem-solving, and relationship management—skills that will fuel your long-term career growth .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and support, resolving inquiries effectively on the first contact.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately maintain customer interaction records in our CRM system.
  • Achieve personal and team performance targets (KPIs) and contribute to team goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen client partnerships.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center, BPO, or international customer support role .
  • Excellent English (C1 level) communication skills and strong phone etiquette.
  • Availability for night shifts: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Total Earning Potential: PKR 68,000 - PKR 75,000 per month (Base Pay + Performance Incentives + Attendance Bonus).
