We are looking for a Cold Calling Expert with a natural American English accent to generate leads and set appointments for our services-based business in the USA market.

The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and results-driven with at least 1 year of proven experience in cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA.
  • Pitch our services clearly and professionally.
  • Build rapport and engage prospects to set appointments or generate qualified leads.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and update CRM systems.
  • Follow scripts when needed but also adapt conversationally when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience (preferably in services businesses).
  • Natural American English accent with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
