Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our packaging solutions team. The ideal candidate will specialize in promoting and selling custom box packaging to businesses across various industries. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring custom packaging (e.g., e-commerce, retail, food & beverage, cosmetics).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand clients' packaging needs and provide tailored custom box solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and product samples.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or printing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details related to packaging (materials, printing, finishing).
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Timings: US Timings (8pm - 5am) / AUS Timings (3am - 12pm)

Salary: 45k - 55k +Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
