Job Summary

We are looking for a
Business Data Analyst
with
3–4 years of proven experience
in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business data to support decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at handling large datasets, and can provide actionable insights through clear reports and dashboards. This role is
strictly onsite (Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi) during night shifts
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to support business strategies through data insights.
  • Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience
    as a Business/Data Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
    and data visualization tools (
    Power BI / Tableau
    preferred).
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work
    night shifts, onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
