We are looking for a
Growth, Outreach & Upwork Specialist
who can drive measurable business expansion through smart lead generation, targeted outreach, strong bidding strategies, and performance-driven decision-making. This is a full-time
on-site
role for candidates based in Islamabad.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Manage and grow our Upwork profiles with effective bidding and proposal strategies.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads using social media and automation tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to boost conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and trust-building.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    Sales, Outreach, Lead Generation
    , or
    Upwork profile management
    .
  • Strong background in performance tracking and statistics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , CRM platforms
    , and email automation tools.
  • Excellent written communication, proposal writing, and client-handling skills.
  • A track record of winning quality projects and bringing consistent leads.
  • Must be based in
    Islamabad
    .
