About Us:
We are a growing digital marketing & development agency providing services such as Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Funnel Automation, Graphic Design, and more. We are now looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, writing proposals, managing client communication, and securing projects from freelancing platforms. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, professional, and convincing proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for closing deals.
- Maintain a record of leads, proposals, and closed deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to draft engaging proposals and handle client queries effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or creative services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Must have reliable internet and ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Purely Commission-Based (No fixed salary).
