We are now looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, writing proposals, managing client communication, and securing projects from freelancing platforms. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized, professional, and convincing proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for closing deals.
  • Maintain a record of leads, proposals, and closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to draft engaging proposals and handle client queries effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or creative services.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Must have reliable internet and ability to work independently.

Compensation:

  • Purely Commission-Based (No fixed salary).
