Media Buyer / Performance Marketer (Lead Generation — GCC & International)

Location: Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore

We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to drive data-driven lead generation for international clients—particularly across the GCC (e.g., UAE)—as well as local markets. The ideal candidate can strategize, launch, and optimize performance campaigns with a relentless focus on ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and segment audiences to maximize impact.

Media Buying

  • Plan and purchase inventory with platforms/publishers to achieve cost-efficient, high-performing results.
  • Monitor and pace budgets to meet goals.

Performance Analysis

  • Track, analyze, and report on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Market Research

  • Stay current on local and international trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Adapt campaigns to cultural nuances and seasonal demand.

Collaboration

  • Partner with content/creative teams to produce impactful ad assets.
  • Coordinate with sales and business teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.

Optimization

  • Continuously improve campaigns using data-driven insights to lift performance and ROI.
  • Explore and implement new tools, formats, and advertising techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with strong lead-generation results, including the UAE/GCC market.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of cultural and consumer dynamics across target markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated budget management and on-deadline delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
