Event Sales and Operations Manager

Location: Clifton (Behind street of De Soul cafe and restaurant), Karachi.

Timings : 11:00am – 07:00pm

Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to grow the customer base.

· Develop tailored event proposals based on client requirements, budget, and objectives. Present and pitch event concepts to clients to close deals.

· Negotiate event terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and securing agreements.

· Work with clients to understand their vision and expectations for the event, providing personalised recommendations and solutions.

· Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as catering, decor, AV, entertainment, and transportation, ensuring seamless service delivery.

· Oversee event budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the event, including vendor payments and logistics, stay within the agreed financial parameters.

· Create and manage detailed event timelines, including scheduling setup, event flow, and Oversee the execution of events on the day of, managing staff, monitoring the event's progress, and ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

· Conduct post-event surveys, gather client feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Follow up to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

· Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and event outcomes. Regularly report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Education: BBA/MBA or Certification in Event Management

Experience: 3 – 5 years of core event management experience is mandatory.
