Business Development Executive B2B

Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new B2B leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting company products/services to business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales strategies.
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
