Location: Johar, Near Darul Sehat Hospital, Karachi (On-Site)

Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT), Monday - Saturday

Compensation & Earnings Package

Base Salary: PKR 45,000 - PKR 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance Incentives: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly based on support metrics

Attendance Bonus: PKR 3,000 monthly for perfect attendance

Total Compensation Potential: PKR 68,000 - PKR 83,000 per month

Role Overview

ABS International seeks experienced international call center professionals for our Karachi facility. This customer support specialist role focuses on delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound international calls. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call quality and resolution metrics
• Resolve customer issues effectively during initial calls whenever possible
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Document call details accurately in customer relationship management systems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance
• Maintain adherence to call scripts and escalation procedures for consistency
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years international call center experience (BPO/customer service background preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written, C1 level equivalent)
• Comfort working night shift schedules (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
• Capability to multitask effectively while maintaining call quality
• Reliable on-site attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems and customer service platforms
• Knowledge of additional languages relevant to international client base
• Previous experience in night shift or rotational shift environments
