We are s

eking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in metals trading and solid business acumen.The ideal

candidate will understand the dynamics of ferrous (steel, HMS, billets, rebar) and non-ferrous (copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, nickel, brass, etc.) markets and have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand international networks.

• Develop

new suppliers and buyers across the metal trading supply chain.
• Manage

full trade cycles — from prospecting to deal closure.
• Negotia

te LME-based pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Coordin

ate with logistics, inspection agencies, and shipping partners.
• Maintai

n accurate records of offers, contracts, and shipments.
• Monitor

market trends, pricing updates, and competitor activity.
• Achieve

monthly sales and profitability targets.

Qualific

tions
• Bachelo

r's degree in Business, Commerce, or Trade.
• 3+ year

s of experience in metals, scrap, or raw material trading.
• Strong

understanding of LME pricing, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
• Excelle

nt communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-mo

tivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
