Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and applicable employment laws.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct regular HR audits to assess employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Support managers and employees in addressing HR related issues.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200, Rs250,000.00 per month
Experience:
