Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Customer Service Representative Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day customer service tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience through comprehensive assistance and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Adept in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain and AI based systems and business processing (preferred)
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Business, Management, or a related field
