About the Role:

Multipack is seeking a dedicated Telesales Representative
to support our sales team. This role involves making outbound calls, maintaining customer data, and conducting follow-ups to assist the sales department in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers on behalf of the sales team.
  • Introduce and promote Multipack's plastic products over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and inquiry records.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and update the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for field sales staff when required.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through effective communication and lead management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of telesales, call center, or customer support experience
    preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or CRM tools (preferred).
  • Female candidates encouraged to apply.
