Job Overview:

We are looking for a Community Manager to manage and grow our online community across social media platforms and messaging channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering engagement, building relationships with our audience, and creating a strong, interactive community that drives better engagement on content and posts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and engage with the community across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).


• Build and grow WhatsApp channels and communities, driving discussions and increasing participation.


• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to maintain a positive brand presence.


• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to boost interaction, discussions, and user-generated content.


• Identify and onboard active community members as brand advocates or ambassadors.


• Monitor and analyze community insights, feedback, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.


• Plan and organize interactive activities, polls, AMAs, live sessions, and challenges to increase participation.


• Work closely with the content team to ensure that community feedback is integrated into the content strategy.


• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in community management.


• Handle any community-related crisis or escalations, ensuring brand reputation is maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience in community management, social media engagement, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement tactics.

Experience in managing and growing WhatsApp or Telegram communities is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with the audience.

Creative mindset with experience in planning interactive community initiatives.

Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize community strategies accordingly.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle negative feedback or crisis situations.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience in working with social media management tools.


• Knowledge of influencer collaborations and user-generated content strategies.


• Basic understanding of content creation, copywriting, or graphic design for community posts.
