Job Overview:
We are looking for a Community Manager to manage and grow our online community across social media platforms and messaging channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering engagement, building relationships with our audience, and creating a strong, interactive community that drives better engagement on content and posts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and engage with the community across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Build and grow WhatsApp channels and communities, driving discussions and increasing participation.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to boost interaction, discussions, and user-generated content.
• Identify and onboard active community members as brand advocates or ambassadors.
• Monitor and analyze community insights, feedback, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
