Growth Lead (Sales & Marketing)
to drive business development, digital marketing, and lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win projects via Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and calls.
  • Plan and run ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Build and manage CRM funnels (GoHighLevel or similar).
  • Support SEO efforts and assist in product launches across global markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing projects on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ads and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
  • Startup mindset — proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    PKR 120,000
  • Commission:
    Solid commissions on closed projects
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
    Up to PKR 400,000 per month
