We are expanding our reach and seeking a high-performing Sales Lead – PPC to help drive revenue through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Lead – PPC who will be responsible for driving new business by selling our performance marketing (PPC) services. The ideal candidate understands the value of PPC in driving business growth and has a proven track record of closing deals in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads interested in PPC services through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Consult clients on their PPC goals and present tailored proposals to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the PPC strategy team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth onboarding.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and handing off to delivery teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Keep CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce) updated with all activities and communications.
  • Stay updated on PPC trends, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks to position our services effectively.
  • Coordinate with marketing to refine pitch materials, case studies, and sales assets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing or PPC services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into marketing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience selling PPC, SEO, or digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment.
