Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and pitch Kamayis services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience in cold calling and initiating contact with potential clients to build new business opportunities.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- HR or recruitment industry experience is a plus.
