Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and pitch Kamayis services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience in cold calling and initiating contact with potential clients to build new business opportunities.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • HR or recruitment industry experience is a plus.
