Transactional Services – Analyst / Senior Analyst
. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support and manage property transactions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end property transactions, including coordination between clients, landlords, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate negotiations between parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Review and interpret legal documents, agreements, and transaction-related materials.
  • Prepare and develop high-quality presentations, reports, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to support transaction decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation throughout the transaction process.
  • Travel to site locations as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in real estate will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
  • Motivation, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
