We are seeking a motivated
Assistant Project Manager
to join our Wind EPC team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of wind power projects.
  • Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and OEM standards.
  • Enforce and supervise HSE compliance across site activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Support in reviewing technical documents, drawings, and method statements.
  • Facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance checks with clients and consultants.
  • Participate in site meetings and resolve day-to-day technical and operational challenges.

Qualification and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wind project execution (planning, QA/QC, HSE, and

site management).

Prerequisites:

  • Strong knowledge of wind turbine erection, civil and electrical interfaces, and EPC execution.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
