About Us

HASHTAG TREND is a growing online fashion brand specializing in women's handbags, shoes, jewelry, and men's watches, perfume, and jewelry. We are looking for a motivated intern to assist in sourcing and purchasing high-quality products from wholesalers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting fashion products (handbags, shoes, watches, perfumes, and jewelry) from wholesalers.
  • Visit wholesale markets and supplier shops to negotiate the best prices and quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to finalize purchase decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements.
  • Assist in coordinating product deliveries and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing team to ensure stock availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Interest in the fashion industry and e-commerce business.
  • Ability to visit local markets and wholesalers as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking purchases.
