Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive, to join our team at Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and supporting the organization's growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
  • Organize employee engagement and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in healthcare/aesthetics/clinic sector, but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
