We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Final Expense Insurance Verifier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying policy details, ensuring application accuracy, and conducting follow-up calls with clients to confirm information. You will play a vital part in maintaining compliance, building trust with policyholders, and supporting the sales and underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities

Verify client information for final expense insurance applications (e.g., personal details, health disclosures, and beneficiary data).

Conduct phone calls with clients to confirm accuracy and legitimacy of submitted applications.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, industry regulations, and state/federal insurance requirements.

Document all verification activities in a clear and accurate manner.

Communicate effectively with agents, underwriters, and clients to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).

Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or verification roles a plus.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and standard office software.
