About Us:

We, at CODIXSYSTEMS, specialize in providing high-quality leads to call centers and BPOs
 working in various industries. To expand our network, we're hiring 
2 Lead Generation Executives
 who can find and connect with call centers actively running campaigns in 
Insurance, Telecom, and Travel Ads
 domains.

Target Industries & Campaigns:

We mainly work with call centers handling campaigns such as:

  • Insurance:
     Gyko, Progressive, Allstate, etc.
  • Telecom:
     Xfinity, Spectrum, Verizon, Optimum, AT&T, etc.
  • Travel / Ads / 2-Call Testing

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads of 
    call centers/BPOs
     operating in the above industries.
  • Research and collect accurate company and contact details (emails, phone numbers, decision makers).
  • Build and maintain a verified database of potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, or other channels to verify interest.
  • Deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads every week.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in 
    lead generation, sales, or BPO research
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    Insurance and Telecom campaigns
    .
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
