As we expand, we're seeking a driven and persuasive Prospect Outreach Specialist who excels at cold calling and converting conversations into booked virtual appointments. If you thrive on building connections and opening doors for high-value sales opportunities, this role is for you.

Role Overview

In this role, your mission is simple: turn cold prospects into qualified virtual appointments. You'll be the first touchpoint with potential clients, engaging them over the phone, presenting our value proposition, and securing their interest in meeting with our high volume sales team. Your success will directly fuel our revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to reach decision-makers.
  • Confidently pitch services, spark interest and book virtual appointments.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying needs, challenges, and potential fit.
  • Use consultative communication to overcome objections and drive interest.
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Partner with the onboarding team to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads to keep them engaged until scheduled.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling, sales development, or appointment setting.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Resilient and competitive mindset—comfortable handling rejection and moving forward.
  • Self-motivated, organized and driven by hitting daily/weekly call and booking targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc.).
