We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Manager – HR to oversee and manage the complete Human Resource operations of our UAE-based companies while being stationed in our Karachi office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with UAE-based management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions for UAE entities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and free zone authority requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation as per UAE standards.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for UAE operations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers in UAE to define job requirements and conduct interviews remotely.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary HR contact for UAE staff, addressing concerns, grievances, and inquiries.
- Foster a positive work culture and develop employee engagement initiatives suited for remote management.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process and verify monthly payroll for UAE employees in coordination with finance.
- Administer leave management, end-of-service benefits, health insurance, and other employee entitlements in line with UAE laws.
5. Policy Development & Implementation
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with UAE labor regulations.
- Monitor policy compliance and recommend improvements.
6. Performance Management
- Design and manage appraisal systems for UAE operations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably handling UAE operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle cross-border coordination.
