We're Hiring: E-commerce & Excel Expert

Are you a pro at managing online stores and a whiz with spreadsheets? We're looking for an experienced E-commerce & Excel Expert to join our team. You will be the go-to person for everything from managing product listings and analyzing sales data to creating automated reports and improving our overall online performance.

Job Details:

  • Location: North Nazimabad
  • Onsite Job
  • Preferably Male
  • Night shift: (8:00 to 4:30)

Requirements:

  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent English Speaking Skills.
  • Develop and maintain intricate Excel workbooks, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce management or data analysis role.
  • Proven experience managing online sales channels and product catalogs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve our services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns of customers that arise, ensuring a seamless experience.
