Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Technical Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. The role also entails overseeing project management tasks, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Development and Sales, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Negotiation strategies to drive favorable outcomes.
  • Experience with Project Management to coordinate and deliver technical solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the outsourcing industry is an advantage.
