About the Role:

We're a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes in scaling TikTok Shop brands through influencer campaigns, paid media, and smart systems. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, loves accountability, and can lead a remote team to execute high-performance marketing campaigns for our clients.

This is a fully remote role for someone who's obsessed with systems, team leadership, and delivery precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Lead kick-off calls, clarify deliverables, build launch timelines

Workflow Management: Assign and track tasks across media buyers, creators, and affiliate managers

Campaign Coordination: Oversee launch processes for creatives, ads, influencers

Systems Management: Manage SOPs, Slack boards, and daily progress updates

Team Accountability: Lead daily standups and ensure task execution

Communication: Update clients, relay feedback, and maintain delivery confidence

KPI Tracking: Oversee campaign performance and coordinate internal/client reporting

You'll Succeed If You:

Have 2–5 years in project management (agency or eCom/TikTok preferred)

Are a systems thinker who loves efficiency and deadlines

Are fluent with tools like Slack, Loom, Google Suite

Can lead a remote creative + technical team across multiple accounts

Thrive under pressure and are cool juggling multiple fast-paced campaigns
