We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to
    gather, analyze, and document business requirements
    .
  • Translate business needs into
    functional and technical specifications
    for development teams.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
    to support business decisions.
  • Develop
    business process models, use cases, and workflows
    to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA, and operations) to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist in
    project planning, prioritization, and scope management
    .
  • Conduct
    data analysis
    to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of
    business intelligence dashboards and reports
    for decision-making.
  • Ensure
    alignment of deliverables
    with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Participate in
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    .
  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation
    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    IT / SaaS / Product-based companies
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SQL, data visualization, and analytics tools
    .
  • Certification in
    CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies
    (a plus).
