Purpose
The purpose of lead SC strategy and governance position is to support the head of supplychain excellence in leading improvement and transformation of the entire KE supply chain.The concerned person shall define and develop SC strategy in line with organizationalstrategy to create BLI impact while identifying governance models and implementingcontrols. He/she shall act as a custodian for frameworks and governance structure thatadd value through the supply value chain, liaison with stakeholders to conduct project andimplement changes across the value chain, and develop and manage SCcouncils/committees etc. He/she shall not only conduct budgeting and cost allocations fortransformative projects but shall also conduct develop and drive risk managementstrategies.

Education
Relevant degree in SC and / or related fields.

1 Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies across SC. This wouldinclude providing strategic support for standardization & simplification of processes to allSC teams enabling efficient operations.
  • Develop new models for service, innovative solutions to support business growth,inventory strategies, and drive overall supply chain cost optimization/value by continuousevaluation and identification of opportunities.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate proposals/programs where divergent interests mayexist.
  • Enhance capabilities and professional standard knowledge of teams across SC, throughskill gap identification and consequent L&D plans and leading training sessions,complimented with coaching and mentoring.
  • Drive the Sustainability Agenda across SC through initiatives.

2 Data Analytics & Research

  • Lead a centralized data source and reporting structure, coupled with metrics to befollowed, KPI's to be monitored, insights and information from both internal and externalsources.
  • Develop Data driven opportunities for sustainable and quantifiable processimprovements.
  • Drive changes in working practices, performance metrics and patterns to improveoutput and reduce costs execution depending on the nature and scope of change.

3 Digitalization, Automation & CI

  • Project Management & Digitalization/Automation: Identify opportunities, design SCProjects road-map for prioritized execution; be a single, accountable focal point forstakeholders and utilization of technologies and tools across SC organization.
  • Work on multi-dimensional areas requiring improvement to develop E2E solutionsimpacting all dimensions i.e. financial, operational and human.
  • Drive and integrate best- in-class level technology standards and best practices.
  • Spearhead SC best practices and innovation projects and drive implementation.Leverage use of global communication platforms to fill the pipeline with new ideas andbest practices, as well as providing the supply chain network with local success storiesand initiatives.
  • Identify mechanisms to translate optimization opportunities into practical executionplans; lead and support execution depending on the nature and scope of change.

4 Risk Management

  • Develop & drive the SC Risk management strategy, though mitigation opportunities,implementing controls & monitoring mechanisms.
