Role Overview:

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer at CareCloud, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that empower teams with actionable insights. You will work with tools like
Sisense, Tableau, and Power BI
to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather BI/reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform data modeling, ETL, and SQL queries for reporting needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance of BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with
    Sisense, Tableau, and Power BI
    .
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and business intelligence concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
