
Business Development Manager – SaaS

What You'll Do
- Drive new client acquisition for SaaS, ERP, and BPO services in local and international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → demo → proposal → close.
- Build pipelines through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and partner networks.
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams to create tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Must-Haves
- Proven SaaS sales experience (B2B, minimum 3–6 years); ERP/BPO sales experience is a plus.
- Strong discovery, proposal writing, and contract negotiation skills.
- Confident in demos, RFP processes, and engaging with C-level executives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and MS/Google Suite.
Nice-to-Haves
- ERP sales experience with US/UK/EU market exposure.
- Understanding of cloud architectures and SLAs.
