Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics
  • Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence

Client Relations Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Handle client onboarding, updates, and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Client Relations Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a PLUS
  • Experience in [ platforms or tools – e.g., Clickup, Google Sheets, Shopify, etc.] is a plus

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Data analysis and reporting

Key Responsibilities (with SEO) - OPTIONAL

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content including posts, stories, and videos
  • Monitor social trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach
  • Manage client communications, ensuring clear updates, feedback, and relationship growth
  • Handle client onboarding and maintain high satisfaction through proactive support
  • Optimize website and content for search engines to improve rankings and organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, track SEO performance, and implement on-page/off-page strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure social media and SEO strategies align for maximum impact
