Client Relations Executive – (Evening Shift | On-Site Islamabad)

We are hiring Client Relations Executives to join our dynamic team offering online tutoring services to students in the USA, UK, and Canada. This is a sales-focused, voice-based role requiring excellent English communication skills. Ideal candidates will be confident, persuasive, and driven to help parents and students connect with qualified tutors.

This is not a teaching role.

What You'll Do

  • Call potential leads (no cold database — interest-based leads only)
  • Understand customer needs and pitch tutoring services confidently
  • Schedule demo classes and follow up on interested prospects
  • Close enrollments and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and progress using CRM tools
  • Meet daily activity targets and monthly sales goals

Who We're Looking For

  • Female candidates only (role requires interaction comfort with international clients)
  • Excellent English communication — both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset and self-discipline
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Gmail, and CRM platforms
