We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in website and mobile app design and development. With a strong presence on platforms like Fiverr, we serve global clients looking for high-quality, customized digital solutions. We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Client Relations Executive to manage and grow our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries on Fiverr and other platforms promptly and professionally
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate services
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into project kick-off
  • Prepare and send accurate, detailed project quotes and proposals
  • Gather, validate, and document client requirements for web and mobile app projects
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
  • Help maintain and optimize our presence on Fiverr, including gig descriptions, packages, and client interactions
  • Keep CRM systems and client records up-to-date and organized

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g. client relations, sales)
  • Proven experience managing communications on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes (not technical, but able to explain general steps and timelines to clients)
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client threads and tasks
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Trello, Notion, or Slack is a plus
