Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and personal files.
- Coordinate with the central HR team for recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring timely submission of attendance and other relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations (e.g., EOBI, Social Security, etc.).
- Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions at the factory level.
- Coordinate health and safety compliance in collaboration with the HSE team.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
