About The Role
Reckitt, a global leader in health and hygiene, is seeking a detail-focused Quality Compliance Manager to join our dynamic Quality team. As a key expert, you'll drive compliance initiatives, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Your responsibilities

• Develop and refine Quality compliance programs to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring alignment with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Analyze compliance data to identify trends and recommend proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate Quality compliance into all Supply chain processes.
• Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practices, fostering a culture that prioritizes quality and compliance.
• Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and assurance of compliance.
