Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager – Telco & Channel Partner Enablement (B2B) to lead strategic partnerships and drive joint business growth with telco operators, enterprise partners, and retail networks.
The role is based in Islamabad and requires strong ownership across commercial planning, sales enablement, and operational execution.
You will play a key role in building scalable partner programs, strengthening commercial alignment, and ensuring billing and recovery excellence for our Apple portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Management
- Own and nurture the partner relationship matrix across commercial, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions.
- Deliver enablement playbooks, training sessions, and real-time deal support to enhance partner performance and win rates.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on quarterly business reviews and partner growth strategies.
Offer & Program Development
- Develop plug-and-play toolkits for DaaS, EMI, extended warranty, insurance, and buy-back programs.
- Build financial models and pitch decks that partners can instantly deploy for customer-facing campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing to co-design value propositions that resonate with corporate and telco audiences.
Commercial Operations & Billing Excellence
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, credit notes, and recovery cycles.
- Identify and proactively flag risk accounts, negotiating viable repayment or settlement plans.
- Ensure transparent reporting and smooth commercial closure for every transaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel management, telco partnerships, or device distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of channel sales planning and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with the technology or consumer electronics market is a plus.
