Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning, manage user stories, and support the software development team in delivering high-quality projects. Responsibilities include conducting daily stand-ups, managing sprints, ensuring clear communication across teams, and assisting with backlog refinement. The Scrum Master will also ensure that Agile best practices are followed and help remove impediments to team progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sprint Planning and User Stories
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Software Development knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
