We are looking for an experienced
Scrum Master

to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery of products and projects. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, helping to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the development team in applying Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality increments within the defined timelines.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Identify and remove impediments to progress.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Protect the team from scope creep and unnecessary external interruptions.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Certifications preferred:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
