Responsibilities:

  • Manage and post job openings across multiple platforms and oversee the application process.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews, liaising with candidates and interview panels to ensure smooth processes.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring new hires experience a smooth transition into the company.
  • Organize and manage team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting employee feedback through surveys and reports, providing actionable insights for HR strategies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft and assist in the communication of HR-related policies, procedures, and announcements to the wider team.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects to enhance processes and drive improvements in HR operations.
  • Handle office administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring proper documentation is in place.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed, taking ownership of specific HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
