Performance Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a
dynamic Performance Marketing Team Lead
to drive our B2B lead generation efforts across LinkedIn, social platforms, and digital channels. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads into our CRM—fueling pipeline growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, bringing expertise in performance marketing, social selling, and CRM-based lead management.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team with a focus on B2B demand and lead generation.
Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Drive LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator, InMails, outreach campaigns, and retargeting.
Ensure seamless integration of lead capture (forms, ads, landing pages) into CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) as
web connects

Partner with sales teams to define MQL/SQL criteria and improve lead qualification.
Optimize the full funnel—from audience targeting and ad creatives to CRM workflows and nurturing sequences.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, messaging, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Track and report on CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead-to-opportunity ratio, and pipeline contribution.
Train the team on B2B digital channels, analytics, and lead management best practices.
Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tools, trends, and B2B growth strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, social platforms, and paid campaigns.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation workflows.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting.
Deep understanding of B2B funnels, ABM, and lead qualification frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for performance.
Strong leadership and people management abilities with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Nice to Have
- Background in SaaS, Tech, or Enterprise B2B industries.
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic social strategies to complement paid efforts.
