We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented
Business Development Expert
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling growth opportunities across channels and customer segments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across the entire customer funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments through data analysis, experimentation, and research.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives and optimize customer experience.
  • Design and run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Own growth KPIs and report performance trends, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a growth, marketing, or business development role (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for experimentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR, growth loops).
